Rev. Cassandra Ballard
Ca’Saundra Ballard answered her call into the Ministry in 1999. She was licensed on August 22 of that same year. She was licensed both as a Minister and as a Missionary and she walks faithfully in both roles. She serves in several capacities at Grace including a faithful visitor of the sick, and a Sanctuary Servant. Reverend Ca’Saundra has a passion for people and has a unique way of meeting them emotionally at their point of need.
Rev. John Bowie II
John Bowie II accepted his call to preach the Gospel in 2003 and preached his first sermon in September of that same year. At the True Light MBC of Houston TX, he served as leader of the G.L.O.W. Ministry (Gospel Leaders of the Word) for 9 years under his father Pastor John Bowie Sr. After relocating in 2012 with his wife Ar’Rhonda Camille and their 4 children (3 at the time), he became Assistant to Pastor Brackins and Minister of Christian Education here at Grace. He Reverend Bowie is committed to “rightly dividing the Word of God”, regularly praising the name of God and repeatedly edifying the people of God.
Rev. LaRoya Brackins
Rev. La’Roya Brackins accepted Christ at the age of 6. She accepted her call to preach in September of 2006 at the age of 24 and preached her first sermon in November of 2006. Her message is very simple: You are never to young to truly seek God and clearly hear His voice as it relates to His will for your life. She serves as the leader of R.E.B.I.S. (Roy Elton Brackins Inspirational Singers) Worship and Praise Team. She hopes that her life and ministry will be a testimony to the fact that God can use anyone at any point in their lives.
Rev. Moses Ellis
Rev. Moses Ellis Jr. began believing in Christ at a young age. He was baptized in 2012 and the Lord totally transformed his life. He accepted his call to preach in September of 2015 and preached his 1st sermon in December of 2015. He has a passion for God’s word and God’s people and most especially God’s Children. His ambition is to impact the lives of children in a Godly manner by being a living testimony of what God can do in the lives of young people. He is the Sunday school instructor for our teenagers and he holds the joy of preaching to the Youth of Grace in our Children’s church service A.K.A Y.O.G.!
Rev. John Hendrix
Rev. John Hendrix Sr. accepted Christ at the age of 8. God called him to preach the gospel in August 2005, and he accepted his calling in August 06. Rev. Hendrix wears many hats and serves as Men’s Ministry Leader. He is faithfully committed to sharing the love and compassion of Jesus Christ with a personal touch.
Rev. Diann Malloy
Diann Malloy answered her call into the Ministry in 2016. She preached her first sermon The June 5th of that same year. Reverend Diann serves as a Church School teacher, Sanctuary Servant and various other Ministry roles here at Grace. Her passion is to become involved in a Prison Ministry Effort and to preach The Gospel Message to those whose lives are in desperate need of what God can do in their lives.
Rev. Gary Sansom
Rev. Gary Sansom is a committed follower of Jesus Christ who has a passion for preaching the Gospel. He preached his first sermon in December of 2007. He is a proud father, grandfather and husband. His greatest joy is seeing young men develop into Godly mature men who provide for their families and live their lives to the glory of God.
Evangelist Beverly Thomas
I accepted Christ at an early age. I accepted my call to the ministry in 1975 and after ministerial training and mentorship, I preached my first sermon in 1976. My ministerial duties include: Street Ministry, Church Growth School Teacher, Advisor to the Women’s Ministry and Women’s Ministry Chorus member. It is my goal to “stay connected with God, connected with the people of God, and to connect others with God through witnessing, and the teaching and preaching of the Word of God.”
Rev. Barbara Williams
Barbara Williams answered her call into the Ministry in 2017 and preached her first sermon in January of that same year. Reverend Barbara has a passion for God’s Word and for His people and she is unashamed to share it where ever she is. Her desire is to demonstrate what God is able to do in the lives of young and old by watching what He has done in her life.
